Shipping + Production Times


All orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product -- it does not include shipping time. Because many of our items are handcrafted with care, they take time to produce.

Here are the current estimates for our products:

  • Custom apparel, home goods and pet items: 2-9 business days
  • Digital goods (e.g., gift cards): Delivered to email immediately
  • Handcrafted jewelry: 7-14 business days


To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time selected at the time of checkout.


Shipping times may be longer than expected due to COVID-19.

Your item may take longer than normal to move through the various shipping stages and reach its final destination. Your item may be shipped from a different country due to changes made by our printer as they work to manage a backlog of orders. There may be stages during the shipping process where you will not be able to track your item. 

How Does Shipping Work?

At checkout, you will be presented with shipping options depending on your location and the items in your cart. We offer real time discounted shipping rates to ensure you receive the best possible prices and that you pay what we pay to ship your items. 

Some items, such as mugs, will incur higher shipping charges due to their weight and size. This is, unfortunately, completely out of our control. We are at the mercy of the USPS!

Depending on the items you have purchased, you may receive your order in one, two or more shipments. This ensures you receive your items as quickly as possible.

International orders may incur additional customs fees and may be subject to further delays. 

Why Is The Total on My Packing Slip Different Than My Receipt?

We partner with a printer to produce our printed items such as apparel, mugs, phone cases and home goods. These items may come in two or more shipments to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible. You will receive a separate packing slip for each shipment of these items. Please note that any discounts or free shipping offers you used on our site will NOT be reflected on this packing slip. Please refer to your final email invoice from Angie and Ruby for your purchase total.
