Do One Act of Kindness for 7 Days

Kindness doesn’t have to be big, elaborate, expensive, or perfectly planned. Most of the time, kindness looks like something small, like a smile, a thank you, a helping hand when no one asked.

This month, we’re focusing on Small Acts, Big Impact, and we created a simple One Small Act a Day printable to go along with it.

It’s not a challenge.
It’s not homework.
It’s just a gentle reminder.

Why Seven Days?

Seven days feels manageable. You can start on a Monday, a Thursday, or any random day that feels good. You don’t have to be perfect, and you don’t have to do all seven. The goal isn’t completion — it’s awareness.

When we intentionally look for one small way to be kind each day, something shifts. We slow down. We notice people. We respond instead of rushing past.

And those tiny moments add up.

What’s Inside the Printable

The One Small Act a Day PDF includes a simple checklist of small, everyday actions that you can do for free. Nothing complicated or flashy — just small, human moments.

Modeling Kindness for Kids

One of the most powerful parts of small acts is how naturally kids absorb them.

When children see kindness modeled consistently — at the grocery store, at school, at home — they begin to practice it themselves. Not because they were told to. But because it feels normal.

That’s the kind of impact we’re hoping for.
